1. About These Terms
HandyBill is a SaaS platform for invoicing and payment tracking operated by HandyBill LLC. By creating an account you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Who Can Use HandyBill
You must be at least 18 years old and using HandyBill for legitimate business purposes. You may not use HandyBill to send fraudulent invoices or collect payments for illegal goods or services.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us at sales@handybill.ai if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. What HandyBill Does and Doesn't Do
HandyBill provides invoicing and payment tracking tools. We are not a payment processor, financial institution, or accounting firm. Payments between you and your clients happen directly through Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, or Cash App. HandyBill has no involvement in or liability for those transactions.
5. Subscription and Billing
HandyBill is a paid subscription service after the 14-day free trial. Billing is handled by Paddle.com who acts as Merchant of Record. See our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.
6. Your Data
You own your data. We do not sell your information to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HandyBill LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms and will notify you by email before significant changes take effect.
