HandyBill targets 99% monthly uptime. Planned maintenance will be announced 24 hours in advance by email.
2. Support

- Response time: within 2 business days
- Critical issues: within 4 hours during business hours (9am–6pm ET, Monday–Friday)
3. Issue Severity
Critical (app completely down): 4 hour response, 24 hour resolution
High (major feature broken): 1 business day response, 3 business day resolution
Medium (minor issue): 2 business day response, 7 business day resolution
Low (cosmetic/feedback): best effort
4. Data Backup
Daily automated backups via Supabase. We recommend periodic CSV exports as an additional safeguard.
5. Service Credits
If monthly uptime falls below 99% we will issue a prorated credit to your account upon request.
